The cottage has an open-plan living and kitchen area with dining table seating up to six guests - perfect for spending time with those closest to you whilst cooking up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Spend winter evenings nestled in to the comfortable sitting room to share in a movie night in after a busy day walking. For when the sun shining, open up the bi-fold doors that lead into the garden and dine al fresco, making full use of the barbecue and seating area outside. There are three bedrooms (a super-king, king and double), each with their own Smart television, and the master bedroom benefits from a modern en suite shower room. Set a stone's throw from the village green, the cottage is just a short walk from the village pub, and is a short drive to Richmond which boasts a large choice of pubs and tearooms, as well as independent shops, an indoor pool hall, and a golf course. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Pillows and duvets are synthetic. Please bring your own coffee pods for the Tassimo machine. Master bedroom With a 5' king-size bed and wall-mounted Smart television. En-suite shower room With a shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom two With a 4'6 double bed, wall-mounted Smart television and hanging rail. Bedroom three With a 6' super-king size bed (this can also be configured as 3' twin beds on request at time of booking). and wall mounted Smart television. Family bathroom With bath and hand-held shower overhead, wash basin and WC. Outside: Paved seating and charcoal barbecue area with garden laid to lawn. Private parking for two cars.
