This apartment features a full kitchen w/all of the basics &then some, bathroom, super comfy bedding, great views, & is super clean. There is a queen bed and a futon- meaning that you can comfortably sleep 3 but can welcome additional guests. Fast wifi, large Tv, & plenty of space. Great for a nice but yet budget stay. Check out our 5 stars on cleanliness! This is a 2nd floor apartment and there are stairs. Guest access The only shared area is an entry hall and the laundry room- these areas are shared with one other short term rental apartment. Other than the entry, the full space ofStudio 102 os totally yours! There is free parking on site. Please use your provided parking pass.The entrie studio including the private balcony. Free parking and washer and dryer on-site. The apartment is up a set of exterior stairs-being on the 2nd floor is what give you the awesome views.
