The space This is a single-family home with a guest suite. The main part of the house is another rental unit that is completely separate with a separate entrance (there is a shared wall and sound does travel easily...footsteps, voices, laughter, etc). Well stocked kitchenette allows easy cooking/preparing of meals. Organic, fair-trade coffee is provided. This suite is eco-friendly with bamboo flooring, no VOC paint, organic mattress & sheets, and non-toxic personal care items. 43" 4K Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video. Guest access Self Check-in with smart lock (code will be the last four digits of your phone number). Entrance is on the left side of the house. Free street parking available (usually right in front of the house). Other things to note There is ONE thermostat for both Airbnb units (controlled remotely) and it will be set around 74 in the summer and 70 in the winter. I will do my best adjust the temperature to the liking of both guests. There are ceiling fans as well. There is a door between the two units that stays bolted at all times.
