Book now & breathe deeply! 💚 The space 🏡 Rustic holiday home with sauna in a secluded location Welcome to the over 250-year-old Sechszirbenhütte – your retreat on the Falkert, just 800 m from the idyllic Falkertsee. The lovingly restored alpine hut is located at 1,700 m in the middle of stone pine and larch forests in the heart of the Nockberge mountains – with its own parking space, balcony, garden furniture and magnificent mountain views. 🛏️ For up to 5 people – three cozy bedrooms under the roof, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom & toilet as well as a wood pellet stove for cozy evenings. 🧖‍♀️ Highlight: Private sauna & relaxation room – the separate wellness area with lots of wood invites you to switch off. ✨ The 80 m² hut combines real alpine hut charm with comfort – perfect for families, couples or friends who are looking for peace, nature and originality. 🌲 Premium cottage vacation in a secluded location – with clear mountain air, views, wild flowers, marmots and direct proximity to the Nockberge National Park. Guest access 🔑 Guest access During your stay, the Sechszirbenhütte is available to you alone and without restriction – no sharing with other guests. You will use: • the entire house with 3 bedrooms • the fully equipped kitchen • Bathroom & toilet • the private sauna and relaxation room • the wrap-around balcony with mountain views • the 1,200 m² plot • your own parking space Enjoy maximum privacy & a real cottage feeling in the middle of nature! 💚 Other things to note 🧼 The final cleaning (€110) and, if applicable, dog fee (€25/dog) must be paid in cash on site, unless paid in advance. 🧺 Please bring your own bed linen & towels if no linen package has been booked (€25 pp/stay). ❄️ In winter, we strongly recommend bringing snow chains. 🐶 Dogs welcome – please note the house rules for four-legged friends. ♻️ Waste separation & glass disposal by guests – information on site.
