This home is located within walking distance of BSU, Albertson's Stadium for football games and the Boise River Greenbelt. Just 1.6 miles from a thriving downtown, 3 miles from Airport and great hiking trails just 2 short miles. Location, Location, Location. Make sure to float the Boise River or ski nearby Bogus Basin during winter. The space Private access and keyless entry make check in a snap. Fully equipped kitchen where you will find all that you need to feel at home and ready to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Flat screens galore, 65" with sound in the main room! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We welcome your furry friends. You MUST get pre-approval. An additional pet charge will be sent as a payment request after booking for $50.00 per pet. Pet fee will be requested a week prior to arrival. Two pet maximum. We kindly ask that all pets refrain from lounging on the beds/furniture. I'm sorry, no cats please. Please be advised the staircase leading downstairs to the bedrooms is steep and narrow. There is a bedroom upstairs which would be a nice alternative to folks with disabilities. Regarding the AC: There is a window AC Unit upstairs which cools the entire space. The 2 bedrooms downstairs do not have AC but these rooms both keep cool year round. There are fans in the home if needed. Guest access Parking is a cinch both in front of the house as well as the side and back yard.
