The Steuerbord vacation home is a spacious semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms for up to 7 people. It is situated in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst, within walking distance to the beach. The "Zingst, Wiesenstraße" bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. In the area you will find numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. The place Zingst is a popular holiday destination on the Baltic Sea and offers its visitors a diverse range of leisure activities. Enter the hallway of the house, from which you first reach the guest toilet with a walk-in shower and then the spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and makes the heart of any amateur chef beat faster. For the family, the large dining table or sofa landscape in front of flat-screen TV and fireplace offers plenty of space to feel good. You can also enjoy cozy evenings from the southwest facing terrace. On the upper floor of the cottage, there are two bedrooms for two people each. One of the master bedrooms has access to a separate small room with single bed. The bedrooms have box spring beds. The expanded pointed floor has two additional single beds. Three out of four bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with large Finnish sauna, floor-level shower and bath tub. Two car parking spaces and a shed in front of the house offer enough space for your bicycles. Dogs are welcome. Wallbox in the parking lot A wallbox is available in the parking lot for electric cars. The use of the wallbox is possible for a one-time fee of €40. Starting with the 2024 season, a fenced garden will be available for your use.
