Hillside Haven is a Serene Owner Managed Cottage, tucked away in a quiet wooded environment with all your needed amenities included. Must be 21 to rent. Experience the pleasures of nature with only a 10 min drive to downtown Knoxville/UT. Day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains make this cottage perfect for vacation stays and a 1 night stop by for traveling guest. Host is nearby but not intrusive. The space This two bedroom, one bath cottage features Nectar mattresses, French linen sheets in summer, organic cotton flannel sheets in winter, with organic cotton blankets year round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with organic spices and teas, RO water system, and natural/organic snacks. A comfortable living room with 50" flat screen TV, and small table for dining is provided. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, natural shampoos/soaps, and organic cotton Turkish towels for rejuvenating one's self. Relax on the deck for dinner, stargazing, and your morning coffee. A charcoal grill is on site and a 28 day maximum stay is allowed. Guest access Upper level of the cottage and the deck is your living space. There is a key for garage access if needed.
