This wonderful cottage is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday. Golf Cottage boasts a light, airy and modern open plan living environment. French doors spill on to an enclosed, sunny garden, inviting the outdoors in. This area is ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the supervision of relaxing grown-ups. For those warmer evenings, a barbecue is available on request. Exposed stonework and beams add character throughout. The main living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room featuring Smart television and an ornamental fireplace. A snug room offers an additional Smart television and inviting sofa, which can be converted into a comfortable sofa-bed for the sleeps six option available, or if the children want their own rooms! Please note: from November 2025, this room will have a king-size bed only (no sofa bed option). The ground floor bedroom may appeal to less mobile guests, with easy access to the shower room opposite. Upstairs are two sumptuous bedrooms offering hypoallergenic duvets and pillows, and 100% cotton bedding. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a super-king zip and link bed, offering the option to convert to 3' twin beds. The property is in the perfect location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer, with scenic countryside, woodland access and the coast on your doorstep. Ideally situated for walking, cycling or chilling out on the beach, you are only a few minutes from the many amenities of West Runton. Just a short drive or bus ride away are the traditional, unspoilt seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, both of which have Blue Flag beaches. Stunning towns and villages, all boasting delicious delis, cafes and independent shop, are located to the east, west and inland, meaning you will be spoilt for choice for activities to fill your days. You will want to return to this fabulous cottage time and time again. Golf Cottage's sister cottage, Tide Cottage (West Runton), is situated two doors up. This cottage sleeps four people, and both properties can be booked together if available. Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Hypoallergenic bedding provided. ​Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot. Kitchen With electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Dining area With dining table with seating for six, glass roof and french doors leading to an enclosed garden. Snug/ bedroom three This room can be a snug with a sofa, or another bedroom with a king-size sofa-bed - please request on booking. First Floor: Master bedroom With a king-size bed. En-suite With shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With a super-king zip and link bed, which can be set up as two 3ft singles (please specify at time of booking) and an ornamental fireplace. Outside: Enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture. A charcoal barbecue is available on request. Off-street parking for two cars.
