After a day of sport, culture, or simply exploring the surrounding area, you can relax in our comfortable and modern one-bedroom apartment, with its eclectic, warm and colourful style. Located on the lower level of the main house, the apartment offers a quiet and intimate atmosphere, like a small nest in the heart of a wooded setting. It is set at garden level / semi-basement level: this keeps it naturally cool in summer, although it may be less bright than an apartment on an upper floor. The space The modern and comfortable living and dining area is fully equipped, allowing you to cook and enjoy your stay with ease. It can also provide an additional sleeping area thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. An adjustable TV makes it a pleasant space to relax. The bedroom is quiet and restful, with a comfortable bed and a dressing area where you can store your personal belongings. The simple and modern bathroom is fitted with two washbasins. Shower products are provided for your convenience. A washer-dryer and detergents are also available in the toilet area. Guest access Guests will have access to the swimming pool, the gym, the pétanque court and the outdoor lounge area. An electric vehicle charging point is also available in the private parking area. The swimming pool and some outdoor facilities are available depending on the season, weather conditions and technical circumstances. For safety, maintenance or technical reasons, the owners may temporarily limit access to them. The pool temperature may vary depending on the weather and the season, and therefore cannot be guaranteed at all times. The estate is richly decorated with many artworks and decorative objects. This is part of its charm and unique character, offering a more personal atmosphere than a standardised accommodation. For the safety of the estate and vehicles, security cameras are installed only in the shared outdoor areas: entrance gate, pathways and parking area. No cameras film the accommodation, private areas or intimate spaces. Other things to note You may park your car under cover if you wish. There are cats living on the property: Tefou, Tefolle and Maboula. They are used to guests and may come to say hello in the garden… or decide to relax peacefully on the bonnet of your car.
