Pet-free, chic little wooden house, 75 m², in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Arrival by train is possible. Complimentary use of 2 bicycles for shopping, etc. Short trips are also possible by public transportation to Sylt, Dagebüll, Amrum, Föhr, Denmark, etc. Important: To conclude a lease, the main tenant must be in possession of private liability insurance. The space Cozy, bright living area with Swedish stove (only to be used after instruction by the caretaker) Permitted firewood can be obtained in the nearby OBI. No satellite or cable TV, but you can use the SmartTV with your own Prime or Netflix account. Other things to note There are 2 bikes available for free use for shopping and short trips. Use is at your own risk. The bikes are serviced annually, but there is no guarantee of current road safety according to the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). There are also children playing in the neighborhood.
