Chic little wooden house 75 m² in quiet residential area approx. 10-minute walk from the train station. Arrival by train is possible. Free use of 2 bicycles for shopping, etc. Short tours are also possible by public transport to Sylt, Dagebüll, Amrum, Föhr or Denmark etc. Important: To conclude a rental agreement, the main tenant must have private liability insurance. The space Cozy, bright living area with Swedish stove (only to be used after instruction by the caretaker) Permitted firewood can be obtained in the nearby OBI. No satellite or cable TV, but you can use the SmartTV with your own Prime or Netflix account. Other things to note There are 2 free bikes available for shopping and smaller tours. Use is at your own risk. The bikes are serviced annually, but no guarantee is given for current road safety according to StVZO.
