Close proximity: 20 min to most ski resorts, 15 min to downtown/convention center, 8 min to IMC hospital, 5 min to St Mark's hospital, 20 min to UofU hospital, walking distance to bus station that can take to track station to connect to downtown or other cities and supermarket. Quiet and comfortable. No pets or smoking allowed. Free parking for ONE car, high speed Fiber internet connection (1GB). One bedroom with king bed and second bedroom set up for office space with suggested set up as on pictures, queen air mattress available for visitors guests. Unit can accommodate 4 adults but is mostly intended for 2 long term. *** This is a BASEMENT apartment and a certain level of noise is expected*** *** Any duration of your stay includes a one time cleaning fee. After the initial 28 days of your stay, there will be a monthly cleaning done (at no cost to you) of the entire apartment by a cleaning crew. By booking longer than 28 days the guest is agreeing to allow the cleaning crew once a month to access the property with a time scheduled beforehand between the host and the guest*** *** NO PETS PLEASE*** DETERGENT, SOAPS, GARBAGE BAGS, TOILET PAPER/PAPER TOWELS/FOOD STORAGE BAG, etc. The unit comes with basic starter supplies (please bring your preferred personal toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). Once the starter supplies run out, it is the responsibility of the tenant to replenish them to ensure the condo is left in a clean condition. Multiple stores located around the area.
