This spacious, 110 m² vacation home offers plenty of room for six guests and first-class facilities for a vacation with family or friends and is characterized by its special child-friendliness. Common cooking & cozy game evenings in a dreamlike atmosphere On the upper floor is the open living and dining area. The light-flooded room with fully equipped kitchen and adjoining roof terrace invites you to cook together and enjoy sociable game evenings. A large selection of games for all ages is available for this purpose. The panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding area will inspire you. Bedrooms with a view Two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor. These have their own access to the terrace and garden overlooking the lake. The third bedroom on the upper floor is located to the rear and offers extra peace and quiet. Of course, the beds are already freshly made upon your arrival. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box spring beds and a Smart TV. Wellness & Relaxation Take your time and relax in the spacious wellness bathroom. Sauna, bathtub and XXL shower leave nothing to be desired. The second bathroom is also equipped with a floor-level shower. Fun & games for the little ones The gallery adjacent to the living area offers a small play area for the children. Whether Lego, puzzles or books - there is something for everyone here. Of course, the stairs are secured, as well as all sockets. In the garden the swing and a small slide invite to play. Service Two car parking spaces directly at the house, free WLAN, Smart TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, as well as washing machine and dryer for free use complete the offer. In addition, a SUP board is available to guests free of charge. Location and surroundings The vacation village Diemelsee is located in Heringhausen directly at the Diemelsee. The lake and the village center with tourist info, swimming pool and gastronomy are within walking distance. The vacation home is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The winter strongholds Willingen and Winterberg are very easy to reach by public transport or by car. Other things to note The vacation home is situated in a quiet location in the vacation village Diemelsee.  The lake and the center with gastronomy are only 500 m walking distance. The skiing strongholds Willingen and Winterberg can be easily reached by car and public transport. Leisure activities The Diemelsee with bathing beach and playground, the swimming pool, the bus stop, gastronomy and the center of the village can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.  As well as the boat rental and the landing stage of the passenger ship St. Muffert . On the other side of the lake there is a SUP rental, which also offers various courses.  Guests of our cottage receive 10% on this offer.  Numerous hikes and bike tours can start right from the front door. By the way, the bus ride e.g. to Willingen is free with the Sauerland Card and with the guest card you can enjoy many other discounts in the area.
