Guests have access to the main home and back yard, but not the tenant's house in the back yard (separate entrance/gated). The rear yard is yours with through access for the tenant who will be aware of your visit, and is always mindful of my guests' privacy. I hardly ever see my tenant when he is home and don't expect you will have many encounters with him. You'll be staying in my private home, and I am available by phone or email to answer all your questions from 8am to 8pm. (24/7 for emergencies) While I am an attentive host, I will not be pestering you daily with messages, promise! However, you should always feel free to contact me with questions through the Airbnb app. I will respect your privacy and only reach out if there are any concerns or issues that need addressed. Pets are welcome (pet fee of $100 per stay) with details provided ahead of time (type, number, and weight of pets) and adherence to my pet policy which requires responsible ownership (pick up after the dog, no relief in my garden/yard, please and no pets on furniture).
