Cheerful 2-bedroom townhouse close to castle

The newly renovated house is situated in the centre of a beautiful old village which is dominated by the magnificent fairytale castle of Jumilhac with at its feet the river l'Isle. You even have a view of the castle from the private back garden. Shops, bakery, hairdressers, 2 restaurants, post office, tourist office, ATM machine, 2 restaurants and a tea room all within easy walking distance in the village. At 15 minutes drive you'll find 2 thriving market towns. The space You enter via a covered terrace on the raised ground floor (6 exterior steps) into the open plan kitchen/living room. On this floor you also have a second shower room with toilet and washing machine. A back door leads up a few steps into the large back garden with covered dining area and beautiful views of the old village roofs and castle. On the first floor you'll find a big bedroom with a kingsize bed (180 x 200cm) that can be split up into two twin beds if you want. Please let us know beforehand if this has your preference. Also on this floor are a smaller bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200cm), and a modern shower room with toilet and big walk-in shower. Guest access You have full private acces to the whole property. You can park on the sidewalk in front of the property, but this is not a private parking space. If you want, you can park in the back of the reargarden, accessible via a small lane at the back of the property. Other things to note If you are travelling with a baby, we have a travel cot, high chair and stair gate available at the property. Dog(s) are welcome for free, but please be aware that the back garden is not 100% secure, and that dogs cannot be left alone in the property for long periods of time. Please let us know in advance if you would like the main bedroom set up with twin beds. Our property manager lives 5 minutes away from the property in case of any problems. We have a gardener who will come once a week. He has direct access to the back garden, and doesn't need to bother you. No smoking is allowed inside and we ask you to be considerate towards the neighbours, and keep outside noise down after 10pm.
