There are many good hiking trails in the area around the house, so be sure to pack your walking shoes. If you feel like a swim, you can walk or bike to the nearest beach (about 1.5 km) or take a slightly longer walk of about 3 km to a child-friendly beach with a bathing bridge. If you want to go into town during the day or in the evening, Henån is only 2 km away, where there are cafes, restaurants, a cinema and museums.
