Cottage in Leicester

Summer playground! Hike, mountain/road bike, kayak, waterski, fish, swim...the list goes on. Lake Dunmore and the surrounding area is the ideal spot for the outdoor/active group. Though not a waterfront property, this cottage is positioned about 50 yards from the water. It is also right next to a boat access point for easy launch of your favorite watercraft. Step into nature and take it all in. You will rarely see a car pass this cottage! The space The bedrooms and bathroom open to an open floor plan for kitchen and dining. There is a screened-in porch on the lakeside where you will likely spend a lot of time! Guest access The entire cottage is available for guest use. Other things to note If you have an arrival/departure request other than Saturday, please contact me with your request. Pets are an option if the following are true: - pets are trained to do their business outside - pet deposits outside are cleaned up after - pets stay off furniture - pets stay off beds * extra cleaning fees will apply if deep cleaning is required to mitigate urine, feces or other extreme contamination
