Cook in the fully-stocked kitchen or grill out under the stars. The space All spaces are well-appointed and spacious. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a skylight over the walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent bathroom with an original claw-foot tub perfect for long, hot baths. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. Downstairs, get some work done in the dedicated office equipped with external monitors and an adjustable height sit/stand desk. Downstairs is also equipped with a half bath off the kitchen and an indoor laundry room. Two dedicated off-street parking spots (alley access) are available, and pets are welcome. The whole home has central air conditioning. The backyard is fully fenced for your pet's enjoyment and features comfy padded furniture and a hot tub. Lawn care is included. You have the whole house and backyard to yourself. There is a detached garage apartment in the back with long-term tenants, but they have their own separate space (outside of the fenced area) and separate parking. There are no shared spaces. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and fenced in yard! Note - we do have a separate, detached garage apartment in the back which is home to long-term tenants. But they have completely separate spaces and do not have shared access to any of the amenities listed.
