No unnecessary traffic comes through our quiet little neighborhood. Home is fully decorated and comes with all appliances, bedding, & furnishings. Our home is only suitable for amount of 4 guest maximum. Not suitable neighborhood or home for guest looking to have other guest over & visiting. No guest that have visitors or high traffic. The space The space is NOT suitable for guest that will have a gathering of people. Home is for sleeping, relaxing, cooking, showering, laundry. No other guest allowed at property other than listed amount at booking. No parties No gatherings ( not suitable for our guest to have guest ) No guest No pets ( whatsoever) No smoking on property 🚭 at all No use of outside water Maximum of 4 guest only Maximum of 2 cars only- no street parking ( no guest cars ) Guest access Guest are not permitted to have guest unless fully disclosed to host.
