Lakefront House with Dock and Porch

Come stay with us at Cedar Creek Lake! We have the perfect house for a small family trip, couples weekend, girls/ guys weekend, or even a fishing trip. There are 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Hands down the best part of this house is the large wide open deck on the back porch as well as the dock! The space This property is a single home with waterfront access, a two deck dock, water facing deck, and a super open living room for all of your family and friends to hang out! We love the open floorplan with this house where everyone can be together. You can eat, watch the big game, or just relax on a night in all in the same space. There's a sectional that can easily fit 5 people, and even a convertible soft foam chair that can be made into a mattress for young kids. We have a fully stocked kitchen with likely more than you'll ever need to make anything you like. There's a Keurig as well for your morning coffee, as well as pots, pans, and tons of nice utensils to prepare a feast! Out back on the deck there is a grill to have a fun outdoor cookout. Speaking of the deck and patio, there's a reason that it's the first picture you see when you look at our house. It's absolutely the highlight of this house along with the two story dock perfect for fishing as well as just enjoying your evening sunsets. Being that our house is tucked back on the cove, when the lake is up, there's over 4 feet of water to wade around or fish in, but without all of the waves and onlookers! Swim safely and privately. Our house is consistently cleaned by the top cleaning crew on the lake, and we take pride on how clean the place consistently is. Guest access Guest Access: Full Privacy: You will have exclusive, private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces and the backyard. Easy Entry: The front door features a smart lock for seamless self check-in. Your unique access code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Parking: Private parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Free street parking is also available. Off-Limits: Please note that while the garage is not locked, it is strictly reserved for owner storage. It should not be used by guests without prior permission from the owner!
