The space Things you’ll love about the house: - The views: one of the best views of any house I have seen in Los Angeles. Fantastic views of the Hills and downtown LA, and plenty of outdoor space and windows to enjoy them. - Amenities: This house has comfortable beds, Nespresso machine, Peloton, hot tub , desks in both bedrooms, tub with views of the Hills, wine fridge, full kitchen, HBO, Netflix. - Location: There are very few places in the Hills that have the tradeoff of view/drive time like this house. Only ~5 min drive up in the Hills (and close to Sunset Blvd). Things you won’t love about the house: - Reception in Hollywood Hills is not the best. You’ll usually get 1-3 bars in the house depending on your carrier. Wifi is covered throughout the house. - There is no additional parking right by the house. The carport holds two cars, and a third can be parallel parked behind the two (blocking them in). Beyond that, there is no street parking nearby (Kirkwood, ~15 min walk away is the closest). Guest access Guests have access to the entire space :) Other things to note No parties. No visitors. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you do not submit IDs prior to check in, your reservation can be cancelled without a refund. No glassware is allowed near or around the spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Early Check-In Fees - Check-in time is from 3:00-9:00 p.m. If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking-in between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full nightly rate if checking in before 12:00 p.m. Early check in must be approved in advance and in writing by any Levi's team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check in is not always available* Late Check-Out Fees Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee of $100 per hour for checking out between 10am and 12pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 12:00 p.m. Late check out must be approved in advance and in writing by any Levi's team member and if only available upon availability. *Early check out is not always available* Hot tub heating fee is $50 per day. Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the home. If you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just leave it for your host!
