Located in a peaceful and safe part of Nogueira that is quiet with security and ample parking within the property with electric gates. The space ✨Guests have sole use of the swimming pool and guest house.✨ The house has two bedrooms, a bar-style kitchen, lounge/diner and bathroom with separate shower area and toilet. There is an outside gourmet area, recliners, outside shower and speakers, perfect for lazy pool days with a spectacular view of the mountains. There is good Wi-Fi throughout and a smart TV with Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. ❤️Perfect for a relaxing break for couples or small families.❤️ Note - there are some stairs to reach the property, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Guest access Guests can use the whole guest house and pool. The space is not shared with anyone else. Other things to note We have a small vira lata “Lucky” who likes to play with a ball. Please supervise children with the dog.
