This unit is the Pond View Room. This studio upstairs is 1/4 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort, 30 minutes from Durango, 20 minutes from Durango Hot Springs and 30 minutes from Silverton. The Nugget bar and grill is right across the street. This spacious room is 336 sq ft with a king bed. It is equipped with a kitchen sink, Kurig, microwave and frig/freezer (no stove). The couch will fold down to a twin size bed. Private. Free parking. This is the perfect base camp for adventure. The space 336 sq ft room with an on suite bathroom. This is an upstairs unit. There is no elevator. King size bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a closet and dresser. There is a small eating table that can double as a desk. The room is equipped with coffee mugs, plates, bowls and glasses. There is no stove or cooking pots. This room is designed for a 2 adults (3 adults ok but the fold out couch is small for an adult) or 2 adults and 2 children. The couch will fold down to a twin size bed. Guest access Guests are welcome to the front entry space. We ask you to respect the privacy of the owners and not go to the back area of the yard. Directly in front of the garage is a vacant lot. Feel free to walk along the road or this lot it is part of the property. In the summer a sitting area will be available here for guest. It will be clearly marked. During your stay We are only available if there are issues or something is needed by the guest. We have created these rooms so guest will have their privacy. Other things to note During the months of November through April, winter conditions will most likely exist. Exit and entrances from the road may be snow packed. The parking area to the entrance may also have snow and ice. It is located across the street from The Nugget which serves food and 1/4 mile away from 3 other restaurants.
