Washer and Dryer are available in the basement. License STR-000258 Guest access Access is for the Main level of the beach bungalow only, excluding attached garage & basement. Parking is on the long and wide driveway (3-4 cars). Basement is unfinished and not included. Access to basement is allowed to use washer and dryer & second bathroom , if needed. Access is also allowed in case of emergency to shut off main water valve and main electrical panel.
