A public boat launch on Indian River is only about a mile away. Walking distance to Trail 7 for walking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. 5 minute drive to Burt Lake State Park with a sandy beach. 35 minutes from Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island Ferries. Some of the best golf courses nearby, Indian River Golf Club, Hidden River, Black Lake Golf Club, Bay Harbor, Boyne Highland Cooperation Park is 1 mile away which has activities such as baseball fields, soccer fields, ice skating rink, skateboarding, nature trail, and a large playground. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. Failure to follow or any attempt to break the rules listed above is cause for eviction without refund.
