House with montains view

The Chalet is located in the village of Cathervielle, a small picturesque Pyrenean village. Close to all mountain activities: skiing, balneotherapy, local markets (Luchon, village of Oo), lake, hiking trail. This 150m² house is composed of a large living room with a dining room and a sofa facing the mountains and opening onto a terrace and a 1500m² garden. The kitchen is separate and equiped: fridge, 4 gaz rings, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have 160X200 double beds, one bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with washing machine and dryer. 1 bedroom has a bathroom and another a bathroom (sink and bidet). The terrace with a large wooden table offers a view of the garden and the mountains. The 1500m² garden can accommodate two or three cars. To put your bikes or others, we have a garage. At the bottom of the house by a small path of walk one arrives at a charming river. Luchon is 10 minutes by car, open air market on Saturday morning.
