This separate listing allows you to book ALL 6 bedrooms, the ENTIRE UPSTAIRS of LOCKE B & B — and we’ll scramble up eggs ‘n sausages for your whole group on your first morning! If you’d rather book just one or two private bedrooms, not all 6, find our other Locke B & B listings or book our “Honeymoon Suite”, those listings also on Airbnb. There are ceiling fans in all six bedrooms and window air conditioners in Room #1 and Room #3 and the larger community kitchen. The space ENTIRE UPSTAIRS of LOCKE B & B accommodates your group of up to 12 people. 6 private bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, 2 verandas. Quality mattresses and linens. Historical building and town. Great for wedding parties, family reunions, hobby clubs, photo clubs, art workshops, company retreats, etcetera. Guest access Host your group here and rent all six bedrooms and you’ll have the entire upstairs! During your stay Martha (or a substitute host) is just a phone call away any hour for emergencies and very nearby to assist. Concierge services also available for your event for an extra fee. Hot breakfast included for your entire group (one sitting), cooked downstairs in our commercial kitchen, delivered upstairs at 9:30 a.m. or other arranged time. Other things to note QUIET ZONE is in the wood walkway and back entrance area of the exterior of our building at ALL hours, day and night, PLEASE, so not to disturb our very nearby neighbors who are used to a very quiet atmosphere! Whisper level only in back, please. Courteous “quietude” encouraged in the interior hallway as well when fellow guests might be sleeping in their rooms. Some guests like to sleep during the day.
