This rental is pet friendly with an additional $100 pet fee per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed). Please include the number of dogs when making your reservation. Cottontail Cottage’s entire house makeover includes a completely renovated and updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a chic, stylish living area with a Smart TV, two modern and luxe bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, a centrally heated and cooled basement complete with a ping pong table, and a beautifully landscaped fenced-in back yard complete with a fire pit and private deck. Travelers needing to work remotely during their stay will also have access to high-speed internet with speeds starting at 200 Mbps. Cable TV and streaming options like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime are also available for guests to log in to. The trendy and tranquil setting of Cottontail Cottage makes it a postcard-perfect destination for families, friends, and frequent travelers! Guest access All of our homes are private residences so you have access to the entire house unless otherwise noted in the description (the owner may not allow use of the garage, etc). Free parking at all homes. After you make your reservation, you will receive an email with instructions for access, including a keyless access code if your home has keyless entry. You will hear from one of our local rental staff members and we will be available to assist you in whatever way we can!
