Sit outside and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit! Easy walk to the dock with swim pier! Kayak, paddle board, lily pad available to guest's use. Renters will NOT have access to the boat slip, but there are cleats and bumpers so they you can tie up next to slip. Water levels are low in the off-season. Please check water levels for boating if after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. Bedroom #1:Queen size bed and Twin size bed. Bedroom #2: Queen size bed. There is plenty of room to park 4-5 cars/trucks. Pets are considered if fully house-trained and 40 lbs or less. This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
