The space Our spacious 1,500 sq/ft private suite offers two bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double/Full), a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The living area also features a comfortable pull-out sofa bed with proper bedding, providing flexible sleeping options for families or small groups. Prepare meals with ease using the Ninja Foodi oven, grill, and other appliances. Unwind in the media room with all major sports packages and pay-per-view options, or enjoy a workout in the home gym. Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to your private patio and soak in the hot tub surrounded by nature. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy a meal while watching the hummingbirds. The backyard is shared; we may occasionally pass through to tend our chickens and bees. Guest access Guest Access & Amenities: You'll have private access to the entire lower level of our home, including the patio, hot tub, and BBQ. We provide linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Extras like a margarita maker, and dog bed and food/water bowls are available upon request. Other things to note Important Notes: Access to the suite is via outdoor stairs (no stairs inside). Doorways are standard width. While the backyard is shared, your privacy is respected. We are not equipped for infants/toddlers (no crib, high chair, etc.). Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. No EV charger on site.
