Spacious basement apartment with private entry. Minutes from the BluHawk Sports Park, Overland Park Arboretum, Heritage Soccer and Golf, Scheels Soccer Park, Drive Five, and shops and restaurants. Our space provides a perfect place for couples, families or professionals traveling to the KC area. The space has dedicated work area with high speed internet, pool table, television w/ Roku & Wii, movies and games. Best for 2 adults and 2 children. The space The space includes two living areas one with a desk, pool table and kitchenette and one with a sectional, tv, and bunk beds. It also includes full bathroom and a private bedroom. Other things to note We live upstairs and as such guests may hear some muffled sounds. We strive to be as quiet as possible especially at night and early mornings. We provide box fans by each bed to use as white noise while sleeping. We do have dogs and do our best to keep them quite but you may hear occasional barking.
