Guest do NOT have access to the 3rd private bedroom or the garage (host May make arrangements for guest garage use depending on the guest vehicle size), these sections of the home are for the exclusive use of the home owner. This beautiful townhouse is very specious and there is plenty of parking in the gated community for the use of the residents and guests with guest parking tag, provided by host for use during their stay, one vehicle only. Other things to note A $125.00 US Dlls. cleaning fee. Non refundable domestic animal deposit (any dog or cat $450.00 per dog/cat guest, only with prior owner/host authorization). Unapproved animal $500.00 fee. For everyone’s safety 24 hour monitored Security cámaras installed at front door entrance and back garage entrance. Nightly rate includes first two guests only, there is a $25.00 additional fee for each additional guest per night, including children and infants.
