The space 🛋️ The space: The apartment has been recently refurbished and offers a comfortable room for a post-beach rest. With direct access to the terrace and private barbecue, imagine yourself enjoying a delicious barbecue while socializing with your family and enjoying the fresh sea air. The kitchen is properly equipped with all the essentials: stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, assorted utensils and everything you need to prepare from simple meals to more elaborate dinners. The two bedrooms have been renovated and designed to provide a quiet and invigorating rest after a day at the beach or pool: * 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning; * 1 bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and ask you to use all amenities responsibly. • Living within the condominium: our condominium is a safe place and designed for everyone to have a good experience . We ask you to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy. • Environmental Awareness: Helps keep the beach clean after its passage. Collect your trash and keep it clean. Maintain the water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic appliances are turned off when not used. • Additional fee: Vila do Conde implemented the Municipal Touristic Fee in the amount of 1€ per night per person up to a maximum of 14 nights.
