This enchanting villa doesn't disappoint being conveniently located across the street from the emerald, green shores of the Gulf of Mexico (a one-minute walk from the beach) BEACH ACCESS 65. As soon as you enter the front door you will be greeted with a cozy, yet creative feel of the Islands leading you to the spacious kitchen with up-to-date appliances, palatial counter tops, stools for seating, hardwood dinner table with 6 decorative, cushioned chairs which flows into the living room. The living room includes a plush pale grey couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen Smart T.V with decorative lighting, and other features. Our tranquil dining/living room area seats 8 people is sure to please your imagination putting you in a pleasant state of mind while gazing at original artwork by coastal creations. Perfect for hanging out with friends, family, and fellow vacationers around a home cooked meal, and luscious libations. Beautiful French doors open up to the serene outdoor patio area equipped with a table, and chairs for a family BBQ or moonlit dinner. The warm and restful sleeping quarters are located upstairs with comfy brand-new bedding, flatscreen Smart T. Vs, and artsy decor. The Master Suite includes a king-size bed with flatscreen T.V, private bathroom with walk in shower, and vanity. Off to the side of the master suite is the reading nook, or the bohemian boudoir "escape from it all" area for relaxing and reading. The Guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and twin/double bunks with its own private balcony. The guest bathroom has a tub-shower combo with vanity, and coastal decor. The Caribbean Queen is located minutes away from the popular Pier Park which features restaurants, shopping, bars, festivals, concerts, an IMAX theater, and other amusements. Winn Dixies is conveniently located one-minute away. ****Caribbean Queen Guidelines and Regulations. IMPORTANT**** ****The Front Door Lock Instructions**** To Unlock: Input code that was assigned(Texted) to you, and enter. Wait a few seconds for door to unlock. PLEASE USE this code for entry during your entire stay. To Lock: Pull door tightly closed, and place hand on censor pad. Door will automatically lock. ********Parking Passes******** Parking Passes: Must be immediately put on front left windshield of each vehicle as soon as you arrive. The community will ticket and tow you if you do not have these VISIBLE. We provide one Parking Pass. Additional vehicles are $20 per a parking pass for the entire stay. 3 CARS MAX NO PETS ALLOWED-there will be a fee assessed if any signs of pets or dogs. Strictly enforced. They also contain great coupons and discounts, so please feel free to use them! ***Your BEACH ACCESSS Point is 65.*** It is conveniently located across the street from Sand Castles West, in between the Palmetto Inn & Suites, and Palazzo Condominiums. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, Winn-Dixies and CVS are walking distance located East of the community. Pier Park is located 1.6 miles east of the community for shopping, restaurants, movies, fun and excitement. ****CHECK-IN Procedures**** - Guaranteed Check-In time is 5pm. - The code to Unlock front door will be sent to you an hour before Check-In Time. and will be your unlock code during your entire visit. ****CHECK OUT Procedures**** - Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher, start dishwasher. - Remove all garbage, and trash bags. Please take to the DUMPSTER which is located the on Right when you enter the community. - Please strip all beds and place all dirty towels/linens in washing room. - Check out time is 10:00am, NO LATER than 11:00am. Any later than 11am will be charged half a day's rate. (We implement these procedures, for Turnover Efficiency and Purposes) Thank you for your cooperation. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES will be assessed if the above guidelines are not followed. - Excessive Filth= $100 - Dirty Dishes= $75 - Removal of Trash= $75 -Smoking fee= $500 (No Smoking of any kind INDOORS is tolerated. If there are any signs, smells, debris you will immediately be fined.
