The property has plenty of parking, room enough for all your toys and a community boat launch for easy access to the lake. The spacious yard is great for a game of tag, soccer, volleyball or frisbee. It is a perfect place for a family get-away, guys gaming weekend, or ladies retreat! The space This three bedroom home sleeps 9 people in beds. There is also plenty of room in the master suite and the bunk room for the pack n play or air mattresses (not provided). Large Costco couch in the TV room and a couch and love seat in the living room provide a great place for gathering together. Eight seater kitchen table and 4 barstools provide ample seating in the kitchen. Plenty of room outside to play your outdoor games and the front drive way can even be used as an impromptu pickleball ball court. (No lines, just for fun 😉) Guest access The entire house is accessible excluding the garage. It’s will be locked and not available for guest use. Ample parking is provided in the driveway. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to respect that, no loud late night parties will be tolerated.
