BRING your Beach Towels! • No Pets Allowed: The resort does allow legitimate service animals, but emotional support animals are not permitted. • Timeshare Presentations: You are NOT required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation. If invited, feel free to decline – unless you’d like to attend! 💳 Additional Info: • A $200 damage hold will be taken at check-in via your credit card and released upon check-out. • Must be 21+ to check-in. • No daily housekeeping; however, the resort handles unit upkeep and maintenance. 🛠️ On-Site Assistance: • For any issues during your stay, the front desk is your go-to for maintenance requests. There will be times where they schedule events at the 3rd to 8th street stage(resort is on 5th Street), so beach access directly in front of the resort may be affected(you may have to walk down a few streets to go to the beach). PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DATES PRIOR TO RESERVING IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT THIS AFFECTING YOUR STAY! Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Beach Quarters Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy.
