Villetta Il Cubo is a five-minute walk to the sea

Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available. The space The cube-shaped villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden with an accessible parking space with an automatic gate with remote control. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living-dining room with an equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, "Lavazza A Modo Mio" coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a living area with a comfortable sofa, armchair and 42-inch TV (Netflix and Prime), and a bathroom with a sink, bidet toilet and washing machine. On the first floor, accessible by an 80 cm wide wooden staircase, both bedrooms have 32'' HD TVs and air conditioning. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with direct access from the bedroom, the second bedroom has access to the second full bathroom from the hallway. At the back of the house, in a quiet and private position, there is a covered veranda with a table and 6 chairs, a BBQ, 2 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The external perimeter walls are insulated and the house remains cool even in the hottest months, also thanks to the air conditioning present in all rooms (living room-kitchen, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2). All equipment is provided for the BBQ, excluding wood and charcoal. For babies (max 1) we provide a 120 x 60 cm camping cot with linen and high chair. Guest access All spaces in the home are accessible to guests. ANY INFANTS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 4 PEOPLE (any additional infants beyond 4 people may be accepted, but may limit the space in the room when sleeping in the crib). Other things to note Electric shutters and mosquito nets in all rooms. All the windows can be opened both with a flap and with a transom and are equipped with double glazing (42 db). At check-in, a cash payment of the accommodation tax of €2.00 per person per night (children up to 12 years old excluded) is required, and photos will be taken of all documents for registration required by the Italian authorities.
