Large Family Home, easy walk to Cornell Graduation

Large family home that is a short walk to campus with many great features for your group to celebrate together. You will have use of 3 bedrooms, 2 additional sleeping areas, 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning, high speed wifi, huge porch, 2nd fl deck with great views, office, new open kitchen/appliances and huge family room to seat all guests together to enjoy the gas fireplace or watch a movie with surround sound. ~1 acre yard for outdoor games, tree house, basketball court, firepit and grill The space The first floor of our home is laid out for multiple social areas. The sofa bed couch is in the more secluded red living room (with its own gas fireplace), removed from the dining room, open kitchen with adjoining very large new family room to seat all. There's one full bathroom on the first floor, one in the master bedroom, and the third in the upstairs hall. All main bedrooms are upstairs. The basement game room also has a sectional couch with a square ottoman which we've used to sleep visiting family (it sleeps two people comfortably). There are three flat screen TVs, one in each living room, one in the basement. We have 2 floor mattresses available in addition to the beds, sofa bed, and basement couch already described. All have Netflix and Amazon Prime; one is a Samsung TV if you want to cast from your phone to the TV. We have a large screen projector if you'd like to have an outdoor movie against our shed or hedge row, just ask us where/how to set up the sheet. The backyard is an extension of our living area in the summer months with a grill, firepit, and a patio table and chairs always in use. We have kids and have raised them all here! We have baby gates that can be set up to keep them safe from stairs. Our yard is nice and equipped with basketball hoop, soccer goal and gaga pit. Our driveway is very large, and can accommodate 5 cars easily. There's no sidewalk in the front of our house so it's pretty quiet around our property. Our backyard gate opens out into a quiet neighborhood and provides pedestrian access and a short walk to campus & college town. There's 10 acres of Cornell land and a creek for exploration too if that's your interest. Guest access Our driveway connects to Rt. 79, but our back gate opens up into the quite neighborhood of Belle Sherman if you'd like to walk side streets to Cornell or Collegetown or East Hill Plaza. Each location is ~15 walk from our yard.
