Home in Talladega

Comfortable, new, lakefront home on Alabama’s Logan Martin Lake. Sits on a quiet little cove down a slough making it perfect for swimming, fishing or floating. Guest access Entire home, backyard and dock. Other things to note - Help yourself to any floats and chairs in the storage closet attached to the carport. Please put away before leaving and bring them in in the evenings. - Board/card games in downstairs bedroom closet. - Grill with tools is available for guest use. - You may rent or bring a boat, jet ski, etc. Our dock can accommodate 1 vessel and has cleats to tie onto. - Washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. - Kitchen is well stocked to cook with cookware, bakeware, kitchen knives, cooking utensils, and basic items such as oil, salt, pepper, & a few spices. - 2 smart TVs: 1 in living room and the other in the master bedroom. - 2 Dollar Generals less than 10 minutes away from home. Publix is 20 minutes away and 2 Walmarts that are 30 minutes away. - We do not permit guests to bring their pets, but in case you have a sensitive dog allergy, our dog does spend some time in this home when we are there. - Please keep in mind that lake levels lower beginning in October and will begin to rise back to full pool early April . Boats will not be able to be pulled up to our dock at low levels. A few rules... - Do not get in or climb on our boat. - No bath towels at the lake. - Dry off before sitting on any indoor furniture. - No glassware at the lake/dock. Only plastic (or paper) cups and plates. - No smoking or drugs in home, on dock or anywhere on our property. - No parties. - Respect our neighbors please!
