Golf cart available. Full fitness club along with lap pool next to clubhouse. Heated pool 200 feet from back deck. North facing back deck so not as hot in afternoon as south facing. Solar installed on roof so electricity cost is much less. Extra electricity charge is basically for May thru October and will be adjusted for other months. There are Pickleball and tennis courts. We are not golf members. For the winter we require 3 months rental from January thru March but we can be flexible .
