The condo is located on the 6th floor with a catwalk directly to the covered parking garage. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The space Must be 18+ years old to rent. The renter who rented the condo must stay inside the condo during the stay. This Beautiful Family Friendly Condo At Laketown Wharf is on the 6th floor and has direct access to the Covered parking garage. This feature makes it convenient to load and unload your vehicle. Newly renovated and fully furnished with leather sofas and plenty of space to dine together. This condo has a large patio with stunning views of the city's entertainment and a large boardwalk that has a beautiful Las Vegas-style water show for all ages to enjoy. Other things to note: This unit charges $55 per day per additional guest after 4 Guests This unit is monitored by a ring doorbell (tampering with the security features of the condo will result in eviction. If a guest is found to bring additional/unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in an additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking Replacement or lost wrist bands: 50.00 each Wristbands must be returned undamaged.
