Living room, kitchen, half bath with washer and dryer are on the main floor. 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. 55” Smart Tv in the living room and upstairs in the king size bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and desk where you can take care of some remote work. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dining table with 4 chairs. This location is on the North end of town and is Minutes to the Historic Downtown area with shopping, restaurants, farmers market and other scheduled events . 3 minutes to MIssouri Delta Medical Center, grocery store and restaurants. Cozy outside seating area with gas grill. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The train tracks are close but our guests say it doesn’t disturb them. Minimum rental of 2 nights
