Guests are asked to leave enough space near the trash bins on the right side of the house for pickup access. Please ensure all trash, including recyclables, is securely bagged and tied, as the local service does not accept loose items or separated recycling. Loose trash or unbagged cardboard may require an additional pickup fee. For owner storage purposes, a few closets and the basement utility area remain locked and inaccessible to guests Other things to note The home is located along scenic Davis Stream, which connects directly to Damariscotta Lake and can be explored by kayak right from the property. For swimming and beach days, Damariscotta Lake State Park is located just around the corner (approximately a 3-minute drive or walkable from the home) and offers one of the area’s most popular freshwater beaches for families.
