Perfectly placed on Eton Highstreet, situated just across the river from Windsor Castle via the pedestrian footbridge. This idyllic new age cottage provides you the perfect retreat to return to after a day exploring the finest selection of independent retailers, or wining and dining in one of the award-winning bistros! On top of the cottage’s chic utilitarian living space, it also services up simplistic luxury living with one hand and raw organic beauty with the other. The space As you walk through the front door into the cottage, you will feel a sense of space and flow. The Cottage is available for up to 6 guests, and additionally we can accommodate babes in cot’s. Situated to the right of the front door there is a downstairs WC for convenience. To the left you’ll find a cosy, yet spacious, lounge area which includes a bespoke double sofa bed. There is also luxurious accent chair providing you with plenty of space to cosy up an enjoy Netflix on the 65-inch smart TV! Taking a right off the hallway downstairs leads you into the open plan kitchen & dining area. Here you will find a beautiful solid acacia wood table which can comfortably seat 6-8 people. You will also find a reading nook where you can relax, enjoy your favourite novel, or simply sit back and reflect on your day. The small, but well-equipped kitchen includes a washer dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine but, not limited to. Upstairs either side of balcony hallway, you will find two generous SUPER-KING bedrooms both with their very own ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, WC, and basin. The other includes a shower and tub for those all-important soaks after a long day exploring. One of the SUPER-KING SIZE bed’s is a zip link and can be separated into two singles for alternative sleeping arrangements. Last but not least, in garden you can draw straws for the egg chair or take a spot on our comfy rattan lounger which is the perfect for casual dining or just lazing in the sun! The generous garden plot can be accessed via large glass sliding doors from all rooms downstairs, providing you with that indoor outdoor living feel in those warmer months. Guest access Guest can access the entire cottage and garden to themselves! Other things to note Self check in. All check in details will be sent to you via email on the morning of check in. We do use a ring doorbell for your security. STRICTLY no parties or large gatherings. Only booked guests allowed on the premises. We reserve the rights to ask for ID and selfies from all adult guests. All Adult groups must be over the age of 25yrs old.
