The cottage is situated high on a ridge in the heart of the property, offering stunning views of the surrounding bushland with magnificent escarpment & water views. There is a large balcony to capture the breeze complete with a lounge and dining area, plus a BBQ. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while watching the sun sparkle through the trees. All BBQ tools and equipment supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and stone benchtops, featuring a full fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, dining area, and all kitchen essentials. A reverse-cycle air conditioner ensures comfort all year round plus ceiling fans both inside and out on the balcony. In the lounge, a plush three-seater recliner invites you to unwind, while cuddling in front of the electric fireplace, which can be enjoyed all year round. This area also has a smart inbuilt TV. For ultimate in high end inclusions the cottage has a double spa bath, complete with aromatherapy bath salts to heighten your relaxing experience. The spacious separate bathroom features stunning floor-to-ceiling tiles and a large walk-in shower. A barn door separates the bathroom from the rest of the space offering added privacy. The super king bed promises a dreamy night’s sleep, with a superior alpaca duvet, luxurious hotel pillows and adorned in designer linen. As night falls, enjoy the warmth of a fire bowl while stargazing with complimentary firewood provided (not available during Summer or during fire bans). You have the option of a double outdoor carpark or a single undercover space.
