The space The loft is at 1820 E Yesler Way and part of the diverse art districts. * Certified "built green" with solar. * Designer floorboards made from recycled HDF * A loft design with a catwalk and both private and semi-private spots to sleep, all with comfy mattresses. * A European-style"wet room" * Air hockey, poker and a foosball coffee table * Lots of stairs (5 stories, all yours) * Tight parking spot but safe, ample street parking TOP FLOOR, 5 Master has a queen bed, view balcony and the largest bath with soaking tub and a roomy shower. FLOOR 4 This is the catwalk floor with 4th floor bedroom and 2 beds, twin and a double bed and the"wet room" shower. Also the washer and dryer available for your use and another balcony. FLOOR 3 Living area with a extra convertable beds, including a comfortable twin day bed. Adjacent to the living area is a cook's kitchen, stocked. FLOOR 2 This is the industrial "landing area nook" with an electric fireplace and an extra sleeping area with a twin bed. Also the poker table is on that floor. FLOOR 1 This is where the air hockey table is located with the 3rd half bath also on this floor. Here you have access to the front and back doors. PRICING & AVAILABILITY Base price is for 3 people. Additional guests are $35 each, per day up to 7 guests. Airbnb fees, city taxes and cleaning fees are additional. Guest access You have private access to this entire, 5-level home. Enter with your PIN in the back and a key in the front. Other things to note Sorry, NO events, parties or photo shoots (HOA rules). Lots of stairs (5 floors)! 😉 The master suite and bath en suite is the entire 5th floor separated by a flight of stairs and walls for privacy (not a standard doorway). The 4th floor bathroom is a “wet room” which means the entire room IS also the shower space. The first floor where the air hockey is located is a retail/studio space with your entry doors. There is one compact parking space available for this unit, tight to access. Street parking is free and ample. Neighborhood is industrial, urban area at the edge of downtown. PLEASE make sure everyone in your group understands the vertical layout, the location, the quirks and the rules. Well-trained puppers: *$300 fur or dirt deposit, $50 pet fee (up to 1 week, each week) Unless you are 100% that your dog won't bark at being left alone in a new place, don't do it. The walls are shared. Well-trained dogs should still not be left unattended unless crate trained and a proven napper. (neighbors are super important). * The $50/week fee is used to ensure our loft has the extra cleaning needed to reliably remove dander after a dog has checked out.
