The home is an up/down duplex with a separate occupied basement apartment, but there are no shared indoor spaces. The home has three bedrooms, one bathroom, central AC for comfortable summer stays, a large stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, smart TV, in-unit laundry, and easy self check-in. The layout is especially convenient for families and longer stays: a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk room give guests room to spread out, while the kitchen and laundry make the home practical for multi-night trips, tournament travel, remote work, and family visits. --PARKING-- Guests may use free street parking. There are generally one to two street parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Please use street parking only. The driveway, garage, and backyard are reserved for the downstairs resident and are not available to guests. Unauthorized driveway use may result in an additional fee. --LIVING ROOM-- Enter through the front door using your personal smart lock code and step into a clean, comfortable living area with brand-new furnishings, a retro breakfast nook, a cozy modern sofa, and a 58-inch Roku smart TV. The home has central AC, making it a comfortable place to cool off after summer tournaments, sightseeing, work, or mountain adventures. Guests can log in to their favorite streaming accounts or enjoy YouTube and other free programming. --KITCHEN-- The large, chef-inspired kitchen is one of the highlights of the home. It features quartz countertops, bright garden box windows, a 5-burner gas range, double oven, toaster, microwave, blender, refrigerator, and plenty of room for preparing meals. We stock the kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper, local coffee, and assorted teas. Guests can use either a French press or drip coffee maker. For families, tournament travelers, and longer stays, the kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfasts, snacks, team meals, and relaxed dinners at home. --BEDROOMS-- The home has three private bedrooms, each with its own feel and mattress style. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with a soft memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with a firmer premium mattress. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, both medium firmness. This room works especially well for children, siblings, or group travel. The top bunk is rated for up to 250 pounds. We also keep a pack-and-play with bassinet option available for guests traveling with babies. --BATHROOM / LAUNDRY-- The bathroom includes a shower/tub combination with strong water pressure, ample hot water, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Guests are also welcome to enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. The bathroom also includes a convenient combination washer/dryer. This is helpful for longer stays, family travel, uniforms, and light laundry needs. Because it is an energy-efficient all-in-one unit, please allow approximately four hours for a complete wash/dry cycle. --OUTDOORS-- Guests may use the front porch and front yard area, including the newly refreshed front lawn. The front yard is not fenced. The backyard is not available to guests, as it is reserved for the totally separate downstairs resident. Guest access Guests have private, exclusive use of the entire upstairs unit of the home. There is a separate, occupied basement apartment, but there are no shared indoor spaces and no required interaction with the downstairs unit. Guests enter through the front door using a personal smart lock code. Guests may use the front porch and front yard area. The driveway, garage, and backyard are reserved for the downstairs resident only. Other things to note This is a private upstairs unit in an up/down duplex. The downstairs apartment is totally separate and occupied by a long-term resident. There are no shared indoor spaces, but guests must observe quiet hours from 11pm–7am and avoid the driveway, garage, and backyard, which are reserved for the downstairs resident. We love pets and will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Because the furnishings are newer and we want to preserve the home for future guests, please message us before booking if you plan to bring a pet. The front porch/front yard area is available to guests, including the newly refreshed front lawn, but there is no fenced yard. Please note that checkout is 10:00am so our cleaners have enough time to prepare the home for the next guests.
