Private Pool Hall Bungalow in Bishop Arts 🌟

If you are looking for a perfect place for a family, couple or small group to stay and relax, look no further! A short walk to the exciting Bishop Arts District and very close to Downtown Dallas, and all of the amenities including a pool table that make staying in a great decision as well. We are dedicated to our guests having everything they need for their stay and of course we provide a sanitized, safe space. If you would like to review our cleaning standards please let us know. The space The Dallas Pool Hall Bungalow is located on Historic North Bishop Avenue. The AirBNB unit is one half of a duplex and completely separate / private from the other half (which is occupied by long-term tenants). The living room features a large-screen TV, setup with Roku with access to Netflix and Youtube TV. For more throwback entertainment, there's a DVD player and an N64 with plenty of controllers and games. There is a full sized pool table in the dining area, and custom planks are conveniently available (in racks on the wall) to easily transition the pool table for dining and/or playing games. There are great spaces in the front and back of the property for enjoyable time outdoors. There is a covered deck in the backyard with a dining table for 4 guests as well as a relaxing hammock. There is a fire pit on the front patio, great for cold nights. The space has 2 bedrooms set up shotgun style, with the primary bedroom leading to the 2nd bedroom (i.e., you must walk through the primary bedroom to get to the bathroom from the 2nd bedroom at the rear of the house). The primary bedroom has a California King bed, and the 2nd bedroom (which is also a small office space) has 1 twin trundle and 1 twin daybed. Note: a legally required 6% tax will be added when you book so that we meet the Dallas hotel occupancy tax requirement. Thanks!!
