Enjoy a memorable Caribbean family vacation! The space This garden level suite faces the ocean. The unit is a three bedroom two bathroom apartment with mesmerizing ocean view. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (including infants). An additional fee will be added for more than 6 guests (including infants). This space provides a peaceful ocean nirvana bliss while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine on its garden level balcony. We provide a coffee starter kit, sugar and creamers, a staple of hospitality. The complex and its unique amenities make it the perfect family get away. Pack lightly and enjoy a tropical paradise. This resort like complex offers direct access to a semi-private secluded beach that is steps away from the unit. Most conveniently, the apartment is located just a few steps away from two parking spaces, making it super accessible. Indoor entertainment includes a FREE high speed WIFI, as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ and two smart TVs each with Firesticks. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, microwave, blender, stocked mini coffee bar, baking sheets, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils, a toaster and many more extras. We also provide dishwashing liquid and new dish sponge. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer and we provide a laundry starter kit that consist of eco friendly washer sheets, enough for two loads. Other items that we provide for an added convenience are: freshly laundered beach towels, bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. We also have a first aid kit and bathrooms are supplied with starter basic toiletries that include 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, a blow dryer and curling iron. You will also find plenty of board games, pool floats, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small cooler with wheels to use at the beach. This unit has all the basic necessities you would need to have a nice tropical vacation without the hassle of packing unnecessary items. For home cooked meals, you can visit our nearby Super Walmart Center to purchase groceries and anything else you may need (they only deliver groceries). There’s also a convenience store located right outside the entrance gate and it stocks plenty of household items. All three bedroom windows have shades that include double blackout for a good night's rest or sleeping-in. There are a total of three (3) AC wall unit consoles, one in each bedroom and one (1) inverter AC wall unit in the main living room area. The master bedroom has an adjoining full size bathroom for added privacy, a queen size bed, night stands and a compact drawer unit to store personal belongings. The kids bedroom has three twin size beds with a (one is a trundle bed) and a closet filled with lots of beach toys and pool accessories (an infant pack and play crib is available). The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with night stands and lamps, and a closet area with hangers. The only area that is not accessible to guest is the Master Bedroom walk-in closet, it is exclusively used to store supplies. Both recently remodeled bathrooms include basic toiletries, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and two hair dryers and one curling iron. The apartment has two assigned parking spaces for registered guests to use FREE of charge, parking spaces are labeled with apartment number and are easily identifiable. The kids Water Splash Park was remodeled (April 2024). The water park is open Monday-Sunday, 9AM-1AM. However, the water slide only operates Saturday and Sunday while a lifeguard is on duty from 9AM-5PM. The complex has a total of 5 amazing pools, some are more frequented than others (all open from 9AM-1AM) plus three outdoor heated Jacuzzis, which include an oversized hot tub. The lazy river pool at the beginning of the complex as you enter will be undergoing renovation during December 2024 - January 2025 (approximately). Other amenities include two outdoor parks for children and toddlers of which one was recently renovated with new equipment, amenities also include a mini golf pad, tennis, basketball and beach volley ball courts, but best of all is its exclusive access to a semi-private secluded beach that emanates a peaceful bliss. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler with wheels. Resort wristbands are provided and MUST be used during your entire stay, wristbands have a one-time minimal resort flat rate of $80.00 for the duration of your stay, which covers up to 6 guests (including infants). There is an additional fee for more than 6 guests (including infants). There are security guards available 24/7 that make routine rounds on bikes, providing an additional sense of security to all our guests. You will absolutely love this tropical stay and wish it never ends!! Guest access All areas of this unit are available to guests, including laundry room. The master bedroom closet has a secured walk-in closet area that is used ONLY by authorized cleaning personnel for storage of supplies. Other things to note Now open on premises is a NEW burger stand that only operates on weekends. This tropical hidden paradise is located in the small quaint town of Loiza. It is located approximately 25 minutes east of the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. It is a small traditional town rich in Afro-Puerto Rican cultural traditions. The Bomba dance is a traditional dance that originated in Loiza and dates back to the 17th century. Bomba is still widely practiced in PR, it is considered a heritage staple. Partly why this small dainty town is commonly referred to as the town where “tradition never dies.” There are dance rehearsals every Saturday at Puente Herrera showcased in our Guidebook that is only a 3-minute drive or quick brisk walk from the complex, so feel the beat, it is an electrifying experience you should not miss during your stay. San Juan, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is a fairly short 35-minute drive from this complex and another major attraction is El Yunque, which is an approximate 15-20 minute east drive from the complex. We are so close to El Yunque that you can see its picturesque mountains from the complex and its lush green gardens. Peak hurricane season dates are 10-15 September, and hurricane season ends November 30th. The good news is that we are past peak season, and we have been very fortunate missing any major hurricanes this year (2024).
