Hello! My place is Located on Paradise Island on Paradise Lane in the tropical beachfront town of Treasure Island Beach Florida. My waterfront condo is a short walking distance to the best and biggest beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that Treasure Island has to offer. Boat rentals, bike rentals, jet skis, fishing charters, dolphin tours, parasailing, scooter rentals, Kayak rentals, ice cream shops, pizza, beach shops live music all within walking distance. So much to do so close yet so peaceful here at the complex you may not leave the pool. Amenities on site and are included with your condo rental are a heated seaside pool, (Pool floats included) boat slip, fishing dock and fish cleaning area, BBQ grill, large covered outdoor entertaining, bicycle storage, covered private parking carport, guest parking, on site laundry facilities, lush tropical landscaping, lounge chairs, pool chairs, beach cart with Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, and cooler, private gas grill, just outside the kitchen door, and fishing poles just in case you feel lucky. All for your enjoyment. My rental is a cozy, quiet, nicely decorated, comfortable waterfront condo. Fully furnished condo including queen size memory foam mattress and HD SmartTV in the bedroom. In the main living area you have a pub style dining table that seat two for a nice dinner or a great place for a glass of wine with a water view or a TV view for the guys. Main living area also includes a comfortable sofa that fills in to accommodate one adult to make a double bed. A 52" Flatscreen HDTV 4K Smart TV to enjoy your favorite game in style! My bathroom is clean and spotless with a large vanity, mirror, plenty of privacy with a separate door leading into the shower/ toilet room with natural light from the frosted window. A generous size cedar lined closet is also located in the bathroom area. My kitchen is clean and well appointed including everything you'll need to cook your fresh catch caught from our dock or a glass for you to enjoy your favorite wine by the pool. Coffee makes, toaster, crock pot, George Formen grill, blender, pots and pans and all dishes and flatware. As well as all cleaners and paper towels, toiletries, linens and towels. I have it all covered! I can assure you that everything will be clean, fresh, ready and ship shape for your visit. I personally clean my condo. I make sure every inch and every surface is cleaned and will look as close to new as is possible. Most everything in my condo looks untouched. Please take care of my space and respect it as if it were your mothers house.
