La Petite Maison Gîte

Welcome to the "La Petite Maison" cottage, classified as a one-star tourist accommodation. We welcome you to a small house in the countryside, completely renovated for a stay with family or friends. Close to the A84, Villers-Bocage, all shops and services, ideally located to discover the region: - The cities of Caen, Bayeux, the beaches of the June 1944 landings, - Bungee jumping, Jurques Zoo - Suisse Normande, Mont Saint Michel The space The accommodation is classified as one star in tourist furniture and for a capacity of 4 people in view of the size of the accommodation (approximately 55 m2). We have the possibility to accommodate 5 people because we have an extra bed (see description below). The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Open kitchen with basic amenities (microwave, SENSO coffee maker, gas stove, fridge etc.) A dining area Living room: 2 nesting tables; a gray sofa convertible for one person (140*200) serving as a sofa facing the television; a double bed with two mattresses (80*200 - purchased in April 2023). Upstairs: Mezzanine overlooking the living room with 1 double bed (140*200 - new bedding). Sheets for the 5 beds are provided and included in the 60 euros for cleaning. They will be available upon arrival. Separate shower room (toilet; single sink; small storage lockers). A wood-burning stove is also available in the living room. Wood is free as well as Wifi. On request, we can provide you with a baby bed and a changing table for babies from 0 to 2 years old. Some board games are also available to guests. This accommodation is located a few steps away from our main home. Tourist tax is 0.50 per adult per night Guest access Self check-in is planned depending on your check-in and check-out times. We have a lockbox with a code. Other things to note Two parking spaces are available free of charge in our courtyard.
